Ingredientes:
100g almendras tostadas (peladas)
100g avellanas
100g. nueces
100g praliné
200g cobertura de chocolate blanco
cacao puro
1.Fundir la cobertura (se puede hacer tranquilamente en el microondas, dándole de 2 en 2 minutos y removiendo entremedias, con cuidado de que no se queme, ya que el chocolate blanco es muy delicado)
2. Mezclar todos los ingredientes bien
3. Repartir la mezcla en montoncitos con la ayuda de una cuchara (sobre una bandeja con una hoja de papel de cocina) y dejar en la nevera hasta que las rocas endurezcan.
Se pueden espolvorear con el cacao o no..están irresistibles sea como sea.
En cuanto a los frutos secos, pueden ser otros, siempre que en total sumen 300g.
En casa las hacemos con cereales y las ponemos en “blonditas” para bombones, es una receta ideal para que hagan los niños y luego presuman ante los amigos.
